What are Resource Consultants?
Autism Resource Consultants have extensive knowledge in the field of autism, particularly in community resources, research, educational resources, and various behavioural interventions and strategies. They can help implement home and school programming, implement behavioural interventions, as well as support functional skill development. They can also provide education and training to parents, teachers, and support staff.
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a specialized therapy that emphasizes the process of communication, emotions, and conflicts, and their expression, both verbally and non-verbally. Through the use of shape, colours, and imagery, art can facilitate new understanding and insights, emotional expression, resolve conflicts, and promote growth and healing. Art Therapy can be used with individuals, groups, or families. Professional Art Therapists are trained and certified practitioners.
